Original 90210 Show Beach House For Sale - $8.9 Million. Tori Spelling Has Touched Every Door Knob!

Remember the old days of sitting around at night watching 90210?

Me either.

But if you were a fan of the show and remember anything about it, you will certainly remember the fantastic beach house used for filming.

Well, the house is now for sale.

While not in the actual 90210 zip code, the Hermosa Beach, California house is located in the 90254 area. I know, a deal breaker for some of you. The awesome beachfront home has six-bedrooms and five-bathrooms among other amenities.

The house, built in 1915, features an owner’s two bedroom, two bath remodeled beach bungalow, a remodeled two
bedroom + two bath guest suite and an additional remodeled two bedroom + one bath guest suite.

And since the economy is bad, and the housing market has collapsed, you can pick this baby up for only $8.9 million dollars.

Forget about the property taxes, electric bill, pool service, housekeeping, grounds keeping, water bill, insurance, security, and sunscreen expense, because you will be busy renting it out most of the time.

That’s right! The house is currently used as a rental and rents for over $400 per night with a six day minimum and is rented almost year-round.

And just think - Tori Spelling has touched every door knob in the house!

What Kind of Mansion Can $100 Million Buy You In California These Days?

In case you thought that having a job and being able to pay your mortgage was a sign of success in this country… you really have got to set your sights a little higher.

A French chateau-style mansion in Silicon Valley quietly sold last week. Asking price? $100 million dollars.

You heard that right!

It is now officially the most expensive house ever sold in the United States - and the Los Altos Hills, California mansion just sold to Yuri Milner, 49, who is CEO of Digital Sky Technologies and a Russian billionaire.

The 25,000 square foot home has indoor and outdoor pools, a ballroom, a wine cellar, twelve fire places, ballroom, and a tennis court – just to name a few amenities.

Wonder how much a house like this will cost you in property taxes each year?

Just a measly $5 million dollars – not including lawn and garden care, pool care, roof maintenance, house attendants, water bill, and electric bill.

See, if you have to ask…. You probably can’t afford it!

If Yuri ever tires of his winter play spot he has a few options.

Our top three ideas?

1 - Rent it out to the contestants on American Idol
2 - Use it for filming “Big Brother” next season
3 - Let Charlie Sheen buy it to store all his “Goddesses”

Christopher Lloyd's House Burned To The Ground

Christopher Lloyd's California house has burned to the ground and completely destroyed by the wild fires running rampant in California.

The 70-year-old actor, who played Doc Brown in the "Back To The Future" franchise with Michael J. Fox, was filming his latest movie in Canada when the fire reached his home north of L.A.

The $7 million estate was one of about 125 properties threatened by the fire in the area, which started in the San Fernando Valley last week.

Actor Rob Lowe fled his home earlier with his children as fire took over the area with flames shooting 200 feet into the air from 75 mph winds.

The two are among a long list of Hollywood celebrities who have homes in the isolated foothill area. Other celebrities include Jeff Bridges, Michael Douglas and Oprah Winfrey.

It was reported earlier that Winfrey sheltered her pet dogs at a nearby Four Seasons as she rode out the fire in another of her mansions.

Lloyd has just completed filming on the family adventure "Jack And The Beanstalk" due later this year. The film is a live-action take on the legendary tale of Jack and his magic beans, which sprouts a large vine that stretches up to the clouds where he stumbles upon a giant and a goose the lays golden eggs.

Joining Lloyd on the project is Katey Sagal as Jack's mother, James Earl Jones as the Giant and Chevy Chase.
